We offer comprehensive door-to-door shipping quotes worldwide for purchases from our gallery or online. We use trusted courier companies that handle all our deliveries with care. We will ensure that your order is packaged with due diligence and insured for damage or loss during transit, until you have received it from the courier company.
Art can be shipped framed, unframed, or rolled in a tube, depending on the type of artwork. In all instances your delivery quote is calculated using a combination of dimensions, physical weight, volumetric weight, and the destination.
Door-to-door delivery:
Once collected, the courier company will keep you updated on the progress of your shipment. For international shipments, your artwork(s) will be sent from South Africa to your closest international airport. The courier company will get in touch with you to clear customs and process any payments (i.e. duties & taxes). They will proceed to deliver the package once payment has been made. Please note, it is important to be available to the courier until you have received your order.
Excluded from international shipping quotes:
Customs import duties/taxes/VAT/handling or clearance fees – determined by your local Customs authority
Custom stops, storage, examinations, fumigation, if any
Delivery time:
Local shipments (South Africa) are usually delivered between 3 – 5 working days once purchase has been finalised, and international shipments between 7 – 10 working days.
Flat-pack Crated
We carefully package framed and unframed artworks in a flat-pack crate with a combination of bubble wrap, wood or synthetic supports, hardboard and an outer layer of cardboard.
Rolled in a tube
Unframed artworks that can be rolled can be shipped in a strong PVC or cardboard tube. This option for packaging is the most cost-effective way of shipping artwork. Kindly note that rolled artworks will have to be re-stretched.
Custom Crated
We build custom crates for sculptures, ceramics and glass artworks. Using a combination of bubble wrap, wood, MDF board/hardboard and an outer layer of cardboard.
Every artwork will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

How to measure
Wrap a string or thin strip of paper around the thickest part of the finger you want to wear the ring on. Mark where the paper or string meets and measure the distance in millimetres – this is your circumference. Divide the measurement by 3.14 for your universal ring size.
